International courier FAQs

How do I know the shipping cost to my country?

Use our international rate calculator: choose the destination country, package type and weight to see the rate. For bulk or unusual shipments you can also WhatsApp or call us for a quote.

Which courier partners do you use for international shipments?

We work with international express partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex. The partners and services available depend on the destination and shipment, and the calculator shows the options for your route.

Can I track my international parcel?

Yes. After booking you receive an AWB (tracking) number which you can check on our Track Shipment page or on the carrier's tracking system.

What items can I not send abroad?

Every destination has its own restrictions. Common restricted categories include certain medicines, liquids, batteries and food items. Please read our restricted and prohibited items guide and confirm your items with our team before booking.

What is the difference between documents and non-documents?

Documents (papers without commercial value) and non-document parcels are treated differently for pricing and customs. See our guide on documents vs non-documents.
